Oaks Recovery Center came to us as Salvation Oaks, a recovery center led by a passionate team that desperately wanted to grow and extend their help to people struggling with addiction. Although they valued agency work, they’d struggled to find a reliable partner. Additionally, the “Salvation Oaks” name created a misleading perception of the organization as religious-based, a controversy that was limiting the center’s effectiveness.
We began by working with the leadership team to develop a new brand, including a new name. With the new name came a new logo, and an evaluation and refresh of the center’s mission, vision, and values.
With a new brand created, we began building the materials to share their mission with people in need. The new website and collateral empowered the Oaks team to reach addicts and their loved ones with a message of hope. The start to finish process of building a new brand gave our team comprehensive understanding of the company and built a much stronger brand across all the materials.
Since launching the new brand, Oaks’ waiting list has continued to grow, even as they add new beds and constantly take on new residents. They also believe that their relationship with the community has improved.
