When GoodTwice came to us, they had a name, a great idea, and a tech partner. The goal was to create a brand for GoodTwice and build an ecommerce store for excellent condition secondhand clothing. The store would be a boon for busy women who were price- or eco-conscious, but didn’t have time for the intensive process of building a wardrobe from secondhand stores.
We started with the brand—after interviewing members of the target audience and working closely with the GoodTwice team, we created a logo, style guide, and major brand messaging. With the brand in place, we provided the creative and structural direction for GoodTwice’s tech partner, whose team handled building the website.
Since the website launched, we’ve worked with GoodTwice on website improvements, social media strategy, and digital marketing.
One major result was launching a new ecommerce brand to the world! The excitement of launching a new venture is often lost in the urgent work of making the venture successful, but getting a new brand and website through launch day is a significant success on its own.
The early months following launch were focused on establishing the brand and improving the website experience. Once that was stable, we were able to turn significant attention to driving new traffic through advertising. Through careful testing and optimization, we’ve seen nearly six months of consistently improved conversion rates and dramatically lowered customer acquisitions costs.
